About the Director: St. Joseph Medical Center PGY-1 in an Ambulatory Setting Residency

Kristin received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1997 and her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 1998, both from the University of Washington. She also completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Administration in Seattle in 1998. She has worked for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health’s St. Joseph Medical Center since 1998 and currently is the PGY-1 in an Ambulatory Setting Residency Program Director and the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Manager for the Ambulatory team. Kristin has played an integral role in the development of all Ambulatory Pharmacy Services. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy.
