  • Certain appointments can be scheduled from a provider's bio. Or, if you already have an account with VMFH MyChart or the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, simply log in and search for appointments. Otherwise, check the specific hospital or clinic for appointment information.

  • Yes! You can easily and conveniently pay online.

  • Each location may accept different insurance plans. View the coverage information for each location. It’s also a good idea to contact your insurance plan to confirm coverage.

  • Please contact your insurance company or review your benefits handbook. You can also use the Patient Cost Estimator to determine out-of-pocket costs for medical and surgical services.

  • We are available to answer your billing questions by phone.
