Making an Appointment

When it comes to making an appointment at Virginia Mason, you have options. You can:

1. Schedule by phone: Make an appointment by phone at any location by calling 206-223-6881, or toll-free at 888-862-2737.
    
2. Schedule a virtual care appointment: Virtual care appointments allow for a flexible location for you and your provider using video chat technology, similar to Skype or FaceTime. Make an appointment by calling (206) 223-6881 or through the CommonSpirit Patient Portal.
    
3. Self-schedule or request an appointment online: If you have already enrolled in the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, you can log in and self- schedule or request an appointment online. The CommonSpirit Patient Portal is a great way to stay in touch with your Virginia Mason care team and get up-to-date medical information, all from the convenience and privacy of your own home — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    
4. Schedule in person: Make an appointment with your care team while in your doctor's office.

Print and fill out a health history form (Adult or Pediatric/Adolescent) and medications and allergies form and bring them with you to your appointment.
