ATM

A cash machine is located in the main lobby.

Cell phones and telephones

Patients and visitors may quietly use personal cellular phones inside the hospital so long as the devices do not interfere with patient privacy or the hospital’s healing environment.

A telephone is located in each patient’s room. For local calls, dial nine and then the phone number. For long-distance calls, dial 0 to reach the operator who will place the call for you. All long-distance calls from patients’ rooms are toll-free.

A pay phone is available in the Emergency Services department waiting area.

Cafeteria

Our patients are provided meals approved by a team of health care professionals and prepared with the patients’ treatment and recovery in mind. Visitors to the hospital may purchase snacks or hot meals in the Café, located on the first floor. The Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.

Coffee Bar

Enjoy an espresso drink, cup of coffee or grab-and-go snack item in our hospital lobby, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Vending machines containing soft drinks and various snack foods are located near the Emergency Services department.

Lost and found

Lost and found items are taken to the hospital’s Security Office.

Parking

Free parking is provided for patients and visitors in parking lots on the hospital campus.

Visiting hours

Regular visiting hours are generally from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily. After regular visiting hours, visitors to the hospital must enter through the Emergency Services department and check in with a security officer, who can escort visitors to the patient’s room.

Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the hospital.

Visitors may be required to follow certain procedures, depending on the condition of the patient. The nurse staff will provide specific instructions for visiting these patients.

Wi-fi

Patients and visitors with laptops and other wireless devices will find fast, convenient and free broadband service in the Emergency Services department, cafeteria and select waiting areas. Select “visitor” for access.
