Citrix Access Instructions

To access Epic remotely: https://webapps.catholichealth.net

• If he/she does not have a citrix receiver
• Go to Google and search:
• “download citrix receiver (Macintosh or Windows)”
• It is a free download
• After it is loaded, then user can return to the webapps site
• Launch the Epic folder icon
• Launch the training (PLY) or the hyperspace (PRD) icon
• Enter the playground with "test identification from class" not their personal ID
• Enter the production environment with their “FHS (CHI) username and password”
