Brandon Holt serves as the Interim Vice President of Operations at St. Anne Hospital, bringing a strong background in health care leadership and operational excellence. Previously, he served as Director of Operations at St. Michael Medical Center, where he oversaw key ancillary and support departments and led initiatives such as workforce development, the implementation of a Freestanding Emergency Department and Urgent Care, and the CARES Program in collaboration with local fire departments.

Brandon began his career with CommonSpirit Health as an Administrative Fellow, where he led initiatives to enhance the patient experience. He later served as Interim Director of Operations for both St. Anne and St. Elizabeth Hospitals, supporting daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Holding both a Master’s and Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, along with certifications in continuous improvement methodologies from Virginia Mason and Intermountain Health, Brandon is dedicated to driving meaningful improvements in patient care and hospital operations.
