Hockey Fights Cancer

During the month of November, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is the presenting partner and beneficiary for the Kraken Hockey Fights Cancer campaign to spread the message that early detection and regular cancer screenings save lives. The campaign also fundraises for support services for cancer patients in treatment.

Heart Month

For February’s Heart Month, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health with iHeart Radio and the Seattle Kraken launch the “Make a Play for a Healthy Heart” campaign to spread messages on reducing risk of heart disease. The campaign fundraises for the Healthy Heart Fund to support the vital work at the Center for Cardiovascular Health at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.  

Ride the Zamboni

Throughout the 2022-23 Kraken season, two tickets and a ride on the Zamboni will be auctioned off to fans to raise funds for Hockey Fights Cancer, the Healthy Heart Fund and the work at Bailey-Boushay House to provide housing and mental health services. Be a playmaker for a healthier Pacific Northwest.
