Seattle Kraken
As the Official Medical Care Provider and Founding Partner of the Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is in the unique position to treat the players and the community, all while building a strong foundation to align with Seattle’s newest franchise and arena to make our region healthier for all.
Seattle Mariners
As the Seattle Mariners’ trusted Sports Medicine Provider, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has built a partnership that demonstrates the endemic nature of health care system services to ball clubs. Prior to the 2021-22 season, we worked together to welcome fans back to T-Mobile Park and the game they love while reducing risks presented by COVID-19 – pioneering in-stadium vaccination clinics. We continue to work together to encourage fans to create healthy lives with offering lifesaving cancer screenings at the ballpark, stroke education, sports medicine clinics for young baseball players and many other health education opportunities.
Seattle Seahawks
For more than 20 years, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and the Seahawks have partnered to build a healthier, more active and engaged community across the Pacific Northwest. As the Official Medical Services Provider of the Seattle Seahawks, we are inspiring every 12 to make a play for their health.
Boeing Classic
Founded in 2005, Boeing Classic is a professional golf tournament at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge on the PGA Champions Tour. The annual tournament has raised over $10 million for the Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.
Seattle Seawolves
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has been providing medical care to the Seattle Seawolves Major League Rugby team since their inaugural season in 2018. The team has been competing in Major League Rugby, the top-level rugby union competition in the United States since its establishment in 2017.
Seattle Orcas
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health proudly serves as the Official Medical Services Provider for the Seattle Orcas, the newest Major League Cricket team. We work together with the team to provide health education and support throughout the season and promote wellness and health education among the passionate fans of the Seattle Orcas.
Special Olympics Washington
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a charter member of the "Alliance for Inclusive Health," is proud to support this groundbreaking initiative. The Alliance, launched by Special Olympics Washington, aims to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Washington state have equitable access to health care. By bringing together a statewide coalition of health and wellness organizations, the Alliance will champion equal health care access for all, regardless of ability.
