Current Residents: St. Anne Pharmacy Residency

Thu Hazel Tran was born and raised in Vietnam and later moved to Seattle, where she found both her second home and her career path. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at Seattle University and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. Hazel is pursuing a PGY-1 residency at St. Anne Hospital to continue growing and gain valuable experience in acute care practice. She is particularly interested in oncology and informatics, but is also challenging herself to explore a variety of clinical areas to become a well-rounded pharmacist. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending time outdoors and drawing. A fun fact about her, as a child, she dreamed of becoming a children’s book illustrator, and art remains a meaningful creative outlet in her life.
