Current Residents


Michael Oman  was born at the Bremerton Naval base just south of St. Michael Medical Center and has grown up in the Pacific Northwest. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon. Michael’s primary interests include emergency medicine and ambulatory care pharmacy. He is excited to further develop his skills and provide meaningful patient-centered care. In his free time, Michael likes to be outside biking, camping, kayaking and enjoying nature anyway he can with his wife. He also enjoys competing in obstacle course events like Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and other 5k runs. Michael is very grateful to be working with the St. Michael pharmacy team and is excited to grow throughout this year of experience.


Collin Slaybaugh was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Washington State University while playing baseball for the Cougs. He then went on to be drafted in the 26th round of the MLB draft by the New York Yankees and played in their minor league system for two seasons before retiring. Upon return home he completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington. Collin’s interests currently include critical care and infectious disease. Outside of pharmacy he enjoys spending time with his wife and two small children, working out as a family, and playing boardgames. Collin is very excited and grateful to be joining the St. Michael Medical Center team as a resident, and he is looking forward to being a part of this team and participating in the wide variety of experiences offered here.
