About Our Patient Portals

With our patient portals, you can take control of your health care journey with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Your portal, VMFH MyChart or the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, will depend on where you received care. If you receive care at multiple VMFH locations, you may need to use two patient portals, a CommonSpirit Patient Portal, powered by MyChart and a VMFH MyChart account. Learn how to create and link your accounts.

Together we have launched the CommonSpirit Patient Portal and Mobile App, where you can access your health information and manage your care. The CommonSpirit Patient Portal, powered by MyChart, replaces MyVirginiaMason. 

For care received before May 2, 2026, log in to MyVirginiaMason (read-only).

If you receive care at the following locations, you will use the Commonspirit Patient Portal to access your health records:

• Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Medical Pavilion – Bainbridge Island
• Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Medical Pavilion – Bellevue
