Swing Bed programs cater to patients requiring additional care during their transition from hospitalization, providing rehabilitation services before they can safely return to their homes. Because our swing bed program is located within our hospital, we are ideally suited to manage more complex patients. We’re proud to offer 24/7 care to ensure patients reach optimal strength and wellness following a hospital stay related to surgery, illness, or injury.
