Midwifery Birth Center Orientation
Welcome to the Midwifery Birth Center Orientation
- Your midwife should provide you with a Midwifery Birth Orientation folder that includes instructions about completing admission pre-registration, a discharge handbook, Orientation cerfiticate of completion, and other resources. If you have not been provided an Orientation folder, please ask the clinic staff or your midwife for a folder at your next appointment.
- Upload a photo of your Orientation completion certificate to your MyChart, or bring the photo or your certificate to your next appointment.
- Complete admission pre-registration by calling 1-866-779-4347.
- Complete the Waterbirth Basics class. Register online or call 1-888-825-3227.
