Expanded Service in Kirkland

Kirkland will get a health care upgrade with the opening of the new VMFH Medical Pavilion – Kirkland, featuring added amenities and expanded services to better serve patients. The new facility, located in the Ascent Building near downtown Kirkland, opened to patients on Monday, May 19, at 7 a.m.

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has a long history serving the Kirkland community with its first clinic opening in 1982. It was one of the first primary and specialty care clinics with a direct connection to a hospital–Virginia Mason Medical Center. Since the time it opened, the clinic has grown to include 14 primary care providers and 13 specialists, along with approximately 100 team members. The team is known for bringing fresh thinking to patient care with such advancements as an integrated “health maintenance module” that enhances quality of care through prevention and screening, reimagining the patient experience by eliminating waiting rooms and reworking appointment flows, and a number of other innovations that now benefit patients and providers alike.
