Dr. Smith earned his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his residency at the University of Maryland Family & Community Medicine in Baltimore, and earned his Masters in Healthcare Management Systems at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Smith is board certified in Family Medicine.
