Dr. Juliet Bliss graduated Medical School from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Mesa, AZ in 2014 after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Feminist Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz - Santa Cruz, CA in 2009.

She completed her internship and family medicine residency from 2014-2017 at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education National Network HealthPoint in Auburn, WA.
