Our virtual care appointments allow for a flexible location for both you and your care team. Your virtual care providers can diagnose and treat conditions, as well as prescribe medication.
Safe and secure—our virtual care platform is secure and HIPAA compliant. Your photo and voice will not be recorded or stored, and your privacy and rights will be respected and ensured.
Virtual care with your care team
If you need a virtual visit Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., or Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., schedule an appointment for your care team by calling 206-223-6881, or schedule through MyVirginiaMason.

Virtual urgent care
Virtual urgent care provides an appointment via video chat 24/7 with board-certified providers and is a supplement for in-person care or virtual visits with your primary or specialty care provider. Virginia Mason Francsican Health virtual urgent care provides consultation, diagnosis and treatment, including prescriptions, as appropriate, all from the comfort of home - or on the go.
