Many of these vaccines can be given using combination products, reducing the number of shots required. Examples include:

Pentacel = DTaP + IPV + Hib
Pediarix = DTaP + IPV + HepB
Kinrix = DTaP + IPV (for age 4 through 6)
ProQuad = MMR + Varicella

*Need for HepB at 4 months depends on combination products used
