Personal Information

Eugene Oh, MD, PhD, is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face. He has extensive experience in breast and body surgery including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, arm lift, thigh lift and liposuction surgeries. Additionally, Dr. Oh is committed to treating patients after major weight offers comprehensive body contouring procedures.

He has a special interest in reconstruction after breast cancer surgery (mastectomy reconstruction, oncoplastic reconstruction after lumpectomy, breast revision surgery). He additionally performs gender affirming top surgery.

Finally, he treats a wide range of conditions such as skin cancer, complex wound reconstruction and nerve conditions of the upper extremity (carpal tunnel syndrome).  

Dr. Oh is deeply committed to his patients and puts their health and well-being first. He believes trust is the foundation of the doctor-patient relationship, and he works hard to earn and maintain this trust. He takes a collaborative approach with each patient and empowers them with the knowledge and insights to be able to make informed decisions. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Oh enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and home renovation projects.
