PA Park was very efficient. She gave me several options for some symptoms I was having, and when I told her I had a trigger finger on my left ring finger, she gave me a shot, which reduced the condition before I got home.

She was very prepared with a plan of action to deal with my injury. She gave me a very positive scenario of treatments and thr options open to me for my care and what it would entail on my part. All with positive outcomes. She was very helpful in answering my questions very thoroughly.

Janal was exceptional. She took the time to go over every aspect of my X-rays, and explained the reasons for my pain, even though there was no break. She even pulled up additional illustrations for me to understand. She wrote down OTC suggestions of next steps, so I wouldn't forget. She was extremely knowledgeable, bedside manner was caring and professional, yet thorough. Virginia Mason is fortunate to have her, and I was fortunate to have an appointment with her!
