Krista spent a great deal of time with my husband & me. She listened well, asked appropriate questions & answered all our questions. She was extremely reassuring which we so appreciated. As a very frustrated patient (with an asthma exacerbation & teary from high dose steroids; very grateful for Virginia Mason), Krista demonstrated empathy & patience with me; also appreciated her being proactive in ordering repeat lab tests for follow up.
