• Printed provider bio card (in lobbies and given to referring clinicians)
• Website profile (includes personal interests and other updates). Note: Online profiles are not created for most hospital-based providers because a patient is unable to schedule an outpatient appointment with these providers or choose the provider when in the hospital. This applies to:
  
  • Hospitalists
  • Anesthesia (Note* pain management providers can be displayed)
  • Radiology (Note* interventional radiology providers can be displayed)
  • Pathology
  • Emergency Medicine (Trauma Surgery providers can be displayed)
  • Intensivists
