IT Issue Impacting Some Facilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health's parent organization CommonSpirit Health has shared an update about the IT issue affecting some of our facilities. Here’s the latest: commonspirit.org/update.

Updates for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health facilities impacted by the IT Issue: 

  • Our providers now have full access to their patients’ electronic health records.
  • Our online patient portal, MyChart, is now accessible to our patients through vmfh.org and the MyChart mobile app. We are experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Please use MyChart to schedule a primary care appointment and message your provider. Some MyChart functionalities may not be available but should be available soon. Log-in to MyChart.
  • Online scheduling is now available. Make an appointment online
  • We are working to reschedule patient appointments that were impacted by this issue. This may take some time and we are grateful for your patience. 

We are working diligently every day to bring systems back online and restore full functionality as quickly and safely as possible. We thank our patients, clinicians, team members and the community for their patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Facilities Not Impacted: Virginia Mason Medical Centers

Virginia Mason Medical Center and Virginia Mason regional medical centers are not impacted.
