Vaccine registration and scheduling

  • Anyone interested in a COVID-19 vaccine appointment should visit the Department of Health’s vaccine locator tool or call 1-833-VAX-HELP (1-833-829-4357) to schedule an appointment. Availability is updated regularly.

    Some of our Franciscan Medical Group clinics are now offering vaccine appointments for current patients. Current Virginia Mason Franciscan Health patients can call their primary care office or Franciscan Medical Group provider directly to see if they are currently scheduling vaccination appointments. Appointment availability will vary by location.

  • Patients may visit KitsapPierce or King County Public Health to schedule their second appointment, or use the Department of Health’s Vaccine Locator tool to find an available opening. See our second-dose options page for more information.

  • Current Virginia Mason Franciscan Health patients can call their primary care office or Franciscan Medical Group provider directly to see if they are scheduling vaccination appointments. Appointment availability will vary by location.

  • Patients who are looking for their COVID-19 vaccination records should visit the Washington State Department of Health’s website to access immunization information. Digital vaccination records are also available through WAVerify.

  • Visitor restrictions are still in place at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health facilitates. Please call your primary care provider or clinic for more details.

  • Please call your primary care office or provider directly to see if the location is scheduling vaccination appointments and to discuss scheduling options for your family.

  • Each vaccination appointment will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Your provider's office will provide more instructions at the time of scheduling.

  • We have Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines but as supplies vary, we won't always be able to tell you which one you will receive until your appointment. If you are interested in a specific vaccine, please communicate that when making your appointment.

Vaccine process

  • The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines require two doses, administered three or four weeks apart. When a vaccine is given, information will be provided about when to get the second dose. The Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine requires only one dose.

  • The COVID-19 vaccines is being provided at no cost to patients. However, please be prepared to provide your Medicare ID number and/or your insurance information.
