Toby Sutton

Toby's responsibilities include strategic and operational accountability for all Human Resources operations for the Northwest Region. Toby brings significant leadership experience in Human Resources to Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, joining us after spending two years as Chief Human Resources Officer for Providence in Southeast Washington. Prior to his stint at Providence, Toby served 10 years in the U.S. Coast Guard in a variety of personnel leadership positions.
