U.S. News evaluated more than 4,400 hospitals across 15 adult specialties and 22 procedures and conditions to determine the Best Hospitals. Only 13% of evaluated hospitals earned a Best Hospitals designation. “These accolades highlight our strengths across Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and demonstrate our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the Pacific Northwest,” noted Ketul J. Patel, CEO of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and President of the Northwest Region of CommonSpirit Health. “These outstanding results wouldn’t be possible without the collective effort of every member of our team–physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, clinical staff, support staff and administrators. Their dedication makes a real difference in the lives of our patients and our community.”
