This is a 12 month fellowship for the post graduate PA-C/ ARNP (APP). APPs will be working within a team to provide comprehensive medical care to the most vulnerable and critically ill patient populations. APPs will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, management, procedure/intervention, evolutionary care and evaluations of the critically ill patient and will manage/ participate in all aspects of their care in collaboration with other APP and physician colleagues. Primary training will take place in the medical ICU with clinical rotations through cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, cardiology, neurosurgery and neurology, trauma and general surgery, gastroenterology and nephrology with additional training with our pharmacy, respiratory therapy, nutrition and physical therapy teams.
