Dianne Aroh, RN

Dianne’s responsibilities include nursing, care management and pharmacy for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and the Northwest Region of CommonSpirit Health. She joined VMFH on November 1, 2021, having previously served as EVP and Chief Clinical Patient Care Officer at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Through her leadership, Hackensack, the second hospital in the country and the first in New Jersey to receive the Magnet Award for Nursing Excellence, earned their fourth, fifth, and sixth Magnet Recognition. Prior to Hackensack, Dianne served as Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nurse Executive for Montefiore Health System in New York. Dianne is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), holds a master’s degree in Nursing Administration, and is board certified in Advanced Administration. She is also an alumna of George Washington University’s School of Business.
